A3: Yes, we provide samples. Samples are generally free if no new mold is required. If a new mold needs to be created, a 50% mold cost will be charged.
Q4: What are your payment terms?

Mold cost: 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due after sample approval.
Product payment: 30% down payment, and the balance of 70% must be settled before shipment.
